According to an interview by Premier Guitar, this guitar is what Tosin used "For about 90 percent of the album, minus the acoustic songs" on the band's fourth album, The Madness of Many.

Before Tosin had partnered with Ibanez to make a signature guitar, he used to play on .strandberg* guitars as well as Ibanez guitars from the RG range. This particular one is the 2228 model.

According to a Premier Guitar interview with Animals as Leaders members, Tosin has said that this amplifier is what he used to record The Madness of Many and did not use the Axe Fx on this record.

This guitar is used for softer songs and leads and is known for its use in the natural parts of Brain Dance from The Madness of Many album.

A Premier Guitar Rig Rundown shows Tosin discussing this guitar when he used it for his record, The Joy of Motion in 2013. Three and a half years afterwards, a Premier Guitar interview shows that Tosin has also used this guitar lightly on the fourth album, The Madness of Many.

Tosin Abasi is seen using the Abasi Concepts 8-String Multi-Scale guitar in a photo he posted on Instagram, where he mentions performing in Vancouver. This guitar, one of the first models produced by his company Abasi Concepts, was developed to expand on the prototype Abasi initially designed with Ibanez. The instrument offers a variety of options, including straight or fanned frets, 6, 7, or 8-string configurations, and Abasi's signature Fishman Fluence pickups. It also features a headless option and mini Floyd Rose tremolo systems, with finishes showcasing visible wood grain and diverse materials.
