Dwarfcraft Devices is a boutique effects pedal company founded by Ben Hinz in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, in 2007. Hinz started building pedals in his basement with a DIY, experimental approach to circuit design, and the operation grew into a husband-and-wife endeavor alongside Louise Hinz. The company gained a reputation for producing unconventional, aggressive, and sonically adventurous handmade stompboxes, earning international distribution and a presence at the NAMM show.

The Eau Claire Thunder — a feedback fuzz named after the bad weather of the company's hometown — stands as the brand's flagship pedal and has been produced in numerous editions including the Gold Standard, Baby Thunder, and Fuzzstortion variants. Other notable designs include the Witch Shifter (a pitch shifter with fuzz and a hidden delay mode), the Grazer (a granular synthesis pedal that samples and repeats tiny snippets of input signal), the Ghost Fax phase computer, the Synth Mangler (one of the first pedals to use a joystick for signal control), the Wizard of Pitch, and the Happiness filter. Dwarfcraft also produced hand-crafted tube amplifiers, including the Love Buzz 50-watt head.

Dwarfcraft pedals have found their way onto the boards of artists including Justin Vernon of Bon Iver, Claudio Sanchez of Coheed and Cambria, Justin Meldal-Johnson (Nine Inch Nails, Beck), Japanese experimental band Boris, and Julie Wolf of the Indigo Girls.

Dwarfcraft has 39 products cataloged on Equipboard, including Fuzz Effects Pedals, Multi Effects Pedals, and Looper Effects Pedals.
