Faderfox is a Hamburg, Germany-based manufacturer of compact MIDI controllers, founded in 2004 by Mathias Fuchß. Operating as a one-man company, Fuchß designs, assembles, and distributes every unit by hand, giving the brand a boutique reputation in the electronic music world. Faderfox controllers are built for DJs, producers, and live performers who need dense, programmable control surfaces in minimal form factors.

The product lineup spans several tiers. The Micromodul line — marketed as among the world's smallest MIDI controllers — includes models like the EC4 (16 push-encoders with OLED display), UC4 (universal controller), PC4 (pot controller), and DJ4 (DJ-oriented layout). The Solid Control line offers travel-friendly units such as the MX12 (mixer controller), PC12 (12-knob controller), and UC44/PC44/DJ44 (larger format controllers). A newer Module line, built to match the dimensions of Elektron's MK1 hardware, includes the GT1 and MB1. Many of these controllers ship with integration scripts for Ableton Live and Native Instruments Traktor.

Faderfox has collaborated with artists on custom builds, most notably the Versus controller — a four-deck performance controller for Traktor and Ableton Live developed in partnership with DJs Magda and Nyma. The brand has earned a dedicated following among electronic musicians who value the combination of hand-built German craftsmanship, thoughtful ergonomics, and deep MIDI programmability.

Faderfox has 15 products cataloged on Equipboard, including DAW Controllers, DJ Mixers, and DJ Controllers. Their gear is featured by 22 artists, with the strongest followings in Electronic, Rock, and Pop. Notable users include Ben Frost, Soulwax, and Vladislav Delay.
