We can see he using his Minilogue XD Synthesizer as the midi controller for Diva plugin during the live setup breakdown on that video.
In his performance for Cercle aboard a hot air balloon, Ben Böhmer is seen using the Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro headphones.
In this video Ben is playing a KORG MINILOGUE live against his track with vocalist Malou. In plain view is an Akai Midimix, Akai APC 40, KRK VXT 6 active monitors, and APPLE MAC laptop.

Ben uses the MOOG SLIM PHATTY for his basslines. He also has an ARTURIA MICROBRUTE as well as a KORG Minilogue. You see the MOOG featured early in this video.

In this making of the DIVE Ep Ben shows off his Berlin studio space. He uses ABLETON live on an imac. His preffered interface is this small RME unit which he also uses for live performances. He uses a MOOG SLIM Phatty rack module for bass as well as a KORG Minilogue hardware synth. He uses U-he DIVA synth for ITB. Piano sounds come from a YAMAHA e-piano. he has a number of midi controllers such as the AKAI APC. All clearly cited and seen in the Youtube video.
When asked on this IG post of his studio about what monitors he uses Ben replies; KRK VXT 6. He also has the sub under his desk.
He uses ableton live on an APPLE iMAC in the studio and has a laptop for touring.

Ben Böhmer is confirmed to use the Expressive E Osmose 49-key Polyphonic Synthesizer and MIDI Controller. This is evidenced by multiple Instagram posts from his recent tour, such as the one captioned "Moments to remember in Denver, Phoenix & San Francisco 🌹," where he is visibly seen using the Osmose.
