ASUS ROG Swift PG348Q Review - RTINGS.com

rtings.com

The ASUS ROG Swift PG348Q is a capable monitor for mixed use, shining particularly in gaming with low input lag and G-SYNC support. Its widescreen format enhances multitasking, but it's marred by significant drawbacks: poor black uniformity and disappointing out-of-the-box color accuracy that can detract from the experience, especially in dark environments. With a decent design and ergonomic stand, it struggles to deliver in HDR and has limited refresh rates. While it offers solid performance for gamers, those seeking excellence in color fidelity and dark room usability might want to explore other options.

tftcentral.co.uk

The Asus ROG Swift PG348Q stands out with its immersive 34" curved screen and impressive 3440 x 1440 resolution, perfect for gamers craving a wide field of view. Its G-Sync support and overclockable refresh rate up to 100Hz enhance gaming performance, delivering low input lag and satisfying response times. However, the monitor isn't without flaws; some users may find the IPS glow distracting during dark scenes, and it can be fussy with compatible graphics cards. Additionally, the absence of a ULMB blur reduction mode is a missed opportunity. Still, for those seeking a premium ultra-wide gaming monitor, the PG348Q is an excellent choice, balancing performance with visual appeal.

Asus ROG Swift PG348Q Curved Gaming Monitor Review - IGN

ign.com

The Asus ROG Swift PG348Q delivers an immersive gaming experience with its stunning curved design and vibrant color reproduction. G-Sync compatibility and a high refresh rate enhance performance, making it a standout choice for gamers. However, the monitor's subtle curvature might disappoint those seeking a more pronounced immersive feel, and the I/O ports are frustratingly difficult to access. While the built-in speakers are a letdown, the PG348Q shines in its visual prowess, solidifying its place as a top-tier ultra-wide gaming monitor. Overall, it's a worthy investment for serious gamers, provided you can overlook some minor inconveniences.

Asus ROG Swift PG348Q Review | PCMag

pcmag.com

Asus delivers a beast of a monitor with the ROG Swift PG348Q, boasting a stunning 34-inch curved IPS display that excels in gaming performance and color accuracy. Its sleek design and gamer-friendly features, including Nvidia G-Sync, enhance the overall experience. However, it comes at a steep price, and the lack of sufficient video inputs and underwhelming speakers may deter some buyers. While it stands tall against competitors like the Acer Predator X34, you might want to consider your audio setup and connectivity needs before committing.

Review: ASUS ROG Swift PG348Q Monitor | Console Creatures

consolecreatures.com

The ASUS ROG Swift PG348Q is a visually stunning monitor that boasts a massive 34-inch ultra-wide display with vibrant colors and impressive G-SYNC technology, ideal for gamers seeking an immersive experience. However, the assembly process is frustratingly complex, and the sound quality leaves much to be desired. Priced at around £1,000, it's more expensive than similar competitors, making its value somewhat questionable. Despite these drawbacks, the monitor's beautiful visuals and performance may justify the cost for those prioritizing aesthetics and gaming capabilities.

Its vibrant colors and wide viewing angles make it a joy for both gaming and multimedia. However, at around 1200 Euros, the price is steep, and the built-in speakers leave much to be desired. This is a little bit beefy for music production lol

I choose this monitor because of his specs , 3440x1440 100hz and its an ips panel And ive wanted a monitor both great for music production (Why i chose ultrawide) And why i went with much higher res screen and Refresh rate (For gaming) And the display is just overkill even for gaming just an amazing display
