The Aguilar OBP-3 Preamp also allows you to get the absolute most out of the pickups, letting you tame any brittle top-end or bellowing lows.

Hipshot hardware is quickly becoming the industry standard, and their products are adored for their quality and comfort. That's why Chowny has fitted the NT5 with Hipshot Ultralite tuners and their Triple Lock bridges. The Ultralite tuners, as their name suggests, keeps the headstock end of the bass light to prevent neck dive. The Triple Lock bridge pieces are isolated to allow each string to vibrate more freely, enhancing sustain and tonal clarity.
