Cheap but sweet.
This is my favorite mass market strat bridge right now. Its supposed to sound like a burns trisonic. Maybe it does a bit, but its made like a mutant strat pickup. It has giant A5 slugs and a metal surround that seems like a tele pickup cover with the top lopped off, but in this case its made of steel. I added a fralin steel base plate to mine to add to the already expanded magnet field. This pickup sounds thick and meaty on its own, like a chimier P90. Defintiely capable of queen tones when combined in series with the middle pickup or series/out-of-phase with the neck.
Did I mention these are cheap? But they don't sound cheap.
