Delay+

Sometimes, you want more than your average echo. You want a bit more texture, something to tease the ear of your audience and encourage them to go back and listen again. What exactly WAS that in the background? Was it supposed to be there?

At its heart, Glitchmachines' Hysteresis is a delay. However, this delay also adds a low pass filter, modulation, and a stutter. Put it in a return bus, adjust the width a little, and experiment. Your echos will sound like warped, mutated, corroded versions of themselves. And this plugin, like its sibling Fracture, is free!

I love the glitch in this!

Hysteresis is a free plugin that is very unique! It doesn't just have your normal delay effect, you can filter your sound, make weird pitch sounds, and make cool ambient tech sounds.

Fun

This is a fun way to add a bit of weirdness to almost anything. I've even used it on vocals.

You can process anything from drums and percussion to synth lines and sound effects. On top of being able to create incredibly wild signal mutations, it can also be used to generate classic delay effects.
