Uninspiring & crashy
I don't think I ever really used SampleMoog after buying it. I seem to remember the sounds were lifeless and uninspiring - not what you'd expect from a collection of Moog synths! The UI was frustrating to use, and since it hasn't been updated in years, it now tends to crash DAWs. Even the Sound On Sound review seemed politely ambivalent about this on its release. There are better synth VSTi's available now, and it looks like this one is discontinued anyway.
