The Real Deal!
I love my Wurlitzer 200, but the 200A has a much more defined tone. The amp is much quieter and there isn't as much hum, and the tone comes through a bit brighter than the 200. I personally think the 200A has bit nicer of a vibrato, but that's just me!

My main instrument on Earth Analog is the Wurlitzer electronic piano (its original name). I played Fender Rhodes on âDrift.â I also used two different Minimoogs and a Subphatty, Dave Smith Instrumentsâ Prophet 08 and Mopho x4, and a Casio CS01, I believe. And last but not least, my first love, the piano!
A Wurlitzer 200A is clearly seen. Although it does not say Wurlitzer 200A, it has the appearance of one.
In an Instagram post titled "LATENITE," Cro is seen using a Wurlitzer 200A, a vintage electric piano often referred to as the "Fender Rhodes' brother."
Greystoke Studio purchased a 1976 200A from Stewart. It showcased in this March 19, 2024 video at 1:50.

Bill Payne has often played a Wurlitzer with Little Feat as well as other artists.
Billy Powell used the Wurlitzer. Billy used to play it in the early days before Lynyrd Skynyrd hired Sound Productions for their live shows and before Billy got the Steinway. It had a really good response and worked as a real piano and would get real loud too.
