That is because the item is probably misclassified in the wrong (or blank) category, on the item page. "Other gear" is the category that items that haven't been classified go into. I'll take a look and make sure the items are categorized correctly and then that should fix the issue, but if not let me know.

If not, I think the pickups will sound quite different, so think about if you typically want to be playing humbuckers or single coil pickups.

Welcome to the site. You have a really interesting question. We've never thought about that. I've seen a few people make note of it when they review the items, so from reading their equipboard you could tell how they used the item, if they used multiple items, any modifications, etc. We'll talk about it and see if there is another way we could easily implement to do that.

For your second question, you should be able to drag and drop the items in your equipboard to display in the order you'd like.

After you submit an artist and hit edit on their profile page, you should see a "Bands & Groups" section with a button saying "Add bands & groups to [Artist's Name]" and then you can select Pinegrove. Does that help? Let me know if you run into problems!

I think those are different guitar models, but I couldn't find anything referencing the artist using either on the source that was linked to, so I left a comment and hopefully the submitter will come back and update the source or clarify what I'm missing. If not, I'll delete the entries soon or mark them as incorrect until someone can find a better source.

Agree. I watched this the other day, which talks about Gibson's decision making around introducing crazy products while never really giving fans of the brand what they want or marginally iterating and improving their legendary guitars. I say this lovingly as a Gibson owner, but this is insanity.

So it seems like so far, they've been classified under composers, which currently adds categories that don't make sense to the artists page. Take a look at the Joshua Bell page as an example.

I think it makes sense to add these. Seems like creating a role page per instrument would be cool.

No idea on the future of the company. I'm sure they'll restructure and still exist, but either way it's a bummer. As a teenager, I definitely spent many hours trying out gear and dreaming in my local GC, so I'll always have a soft spot for them. But then again, when I see them dropping the type of cash they did on the times square store with their current debt levels, I really question their judgement.

Yeah, it is fine to edit the notes of an item on someone's board if you include a source to back up your assertions/edits in the notes and link to it. Make sense?
