At 0:06 in the YouTube video titled "Brave Little Abacus - Please Don't Cry, They Stopped Hours Ago @ Plaistow NH 07/28/11," uploaded by Plate Stealer, Adam Demirjian is clearly seen using a Boss MT-2 Metal Zone pedal next to the Guyatone OD2 pedal.
During The Brave Little Abacus's final performance at the Vic Geary Center, Adam Demirjian uses the PRS S2 Mira Electric Guitar in the first few songs of the set for standard/EADGBd tunings, as documented in the YouTube video filmed by Ty Ueda and James Attridge.

Adam Demirjian mentioned the use of an Ibanez 7 string with Steve Vai pickups as his main guitar on "Masked Dancers: Concern In So Many Things You Forget Where You Are" and shared a picture of the instrument on the Brave Little Abacus Discord server. After some digging I found the exact model he used, an Ibanez RG7620 with DiMarzio Steve Vai Signature Blaze 7 pickups.
