Billy Martin's Gear
At 1:43 in the video, Billy goes into the reasoning of having his PRS torero out on the road with him; "On our new record Cardiology, the first single's called "like it's her birthday", and i played a guitar solo in which i used the floyd rose whammy on that, so, i needed a guitar so i could do that live, and Paul Reed Smith hooked me up with this torero.
Billy calls it a secret weapon. Uses it just for a tremolo effect.
In this video, we can see Billy playing his PRS SE Standard 22
In a video by Loudwire, Billy Martin of Good Charlotte plays his favorite riffs using a PRS CE 24 guitar.
Billy goes over his own rig in the video.
In a MusicRadar YouTube video, Billy Martin of Good Charlotte is shown using the MXR EVH90 EVH Phase 90 pedal as part of his live rig.
Says he's used them for 10-12 years and grew up wanting to play Mesa.
Guitar.com interview with Martin done back in 2010:
I use a Dual Rectifier. I have one Dual Rectifier head through four Dual Rectifier cabinets. I also use two Bad Cat combos. Im not sure exactly which models the Bad Cats are, but theyre two different ones, and I use one for clean and one for dirty. They had sent them to me at the beginning of the tour and said I could check them out. I mix the one Bad Cat with the Mesa/Boogie for my heavy sound, and I use just one Bad Cat combo by itself for the clean sound.
"I have a lot of Boss stuff like the PH-2 Super Phaser, DD-5 Delay, and the RV-3 Reverb/Delay. I also have a Voodoo Lab Tremolo, Voodoo Lab Analog Chorus, Dunlop Crybaby wah wah pedal, Digitech Whammy pedal, and Digitech Overdrive."
At 0:30 you can see a pedal on the top row, far left that I assume is the SD-1. Going by the yellow of the pedal and the knobs
Billy shows this wah on his board in the linked video.

In a MusicRadar video, Billy Martin discusses using the Boss DD-5 Digital Delay as part of his live rig.
Billy says he uses the standard 4x12. Likes the harder sound despite not making sense for the type of music.

"Sometimes I will, but lately weve been demoing songs for the new record and I have a little Digidesign Mbox and Pro Tools set up, and I've been locking myself into a room every day and just recording demos all day long."
At 0:30 you see billys pedal board which has the tu-2 tuner
