Buzz Osborne has recently been using the Hilbish Designs Sol Invictus as his main preamp before his power amps. It was notably featured in the recording of "Tarantula Heart." A user-uploaded photo serves as the source for this information.
In this picture Buzz is playing a 1991 Gibson Les Paul Super 400 Custom Shop that he would use very often. Around 1997 he carved the zodiac killer mark into the body which chipped over time.
if you go to 2:50 and look at the power amp on the left you can see it says "QSC" on it, and if you wait a few seconds after that they zoom in on it and it says "GX5".
“Buzz (on GUITAR!) through two Super Twins. The band loved what they did for Buzz's guitar sound - to (approximately) quote the two (yes, TWO!) bassists "the bottom end was so much tighter and everything was just more together, all the good bits of the sound with the unwanted noise and mud removed, more clarity for those big dirty tones. Way better sound onstage." And I can confirm it sounded great from the front row (you could hear the cabs more than the PA there) right to the back of the venue. They'll be using the same Barefaced backline tonight at KOKO in London as Buzz refused to leave the Super Twins behind - his previous guitar 4x12"s have been officially usurped!“
Before EGC made the Buzzo signature, buzz osborne used a slightly modified EGC STANDARD circa 2007. This standard was equipped with 498T and 490R les paul pickups. Buzz also has an orange version

he used these in the 90s. this is really the only eq i’ve known him to use. i wonder if he used others after he stopped using this one. you can make out the settings easily in the famous 1993 UCLA video
“love my Marshall stack and my Mesa/Boogie TriAxis—but for my live tone, I can’t beat those Sunn heads”
Buzz Osborne occasionally uses the Marshall JCM 900 4500 guitar amplifier head. While the specific model he uses is uncertain, it is likely the dual reverb version. This is suggested by its distinct features, such as more knobs than the JCM 800 and a black footswitch next to the JCM logo. A user-uploaded photo on Equipboard provides visual evidence of this usage.

used 2000-2003, it was difficult to determine whether this was the rv-3 or rv-5, but the RV-5 came out in 2002 meaning its likely the rv-3 as this photo is from 2000.
