In this interview by Total Guitar, Chris Miller of You Me At Six talked about two of his guitars. On his Ibanez Custom Agent, he replaced an old pair of DiMarzio pickups with a pair of Stormy Monday humbuckers by Bare Knuckle for a traditional Les Paul sound.
Chris Miller used a 1982 Ibanez Artist AR100 for years early in YMAS’ career... he used it in standard & drop D tunings early on, and eventually used it for Eb tunings in the 2011-2012 for songs like ‘Jaws on the floor’ & ‘The Consequence’
Max uses the Morning Glory on his clean channel which he describes as a TS808 clone.

Chris' JCM 800 is mentioned as being a good amp that he uses for boosting rather than colouring. The version he has is a 1996 limited edition series.

Chris Miller comes next to talk about his signature Ibanez guitar, the Roadcore series CMM1 electric guitar. He has also said the following about this guitar:

In this interview by Total Guitar, Christopher talks about a second, more vintage type guitar dubbed the "Custom Agent" by Ibanez. He purchased this from an pawn shop and said that it has a "unique" look with the "sound of a Les Paul".
The modified version of the original CMM1 was a custom shop version from Ibanez. Chris replaced the pickups with Seymour Duncan Antiquity pickups. It has a full, fat sound balanced with a great clean tone.
On Chris's pedalboard, the most essential part is the switch system. He uses it to control all his pedals as well the channels on his amplifiers. It has about 30 patches.
Chris also has an old TS808 that differentiates greatly from the Morning Glory and is used on the dirty amplifier. It's his only drive pedal.
The H9 has a multitude of effects, but Chris uses it mainly for delays, reverbs, and modulations effects all connected and patched into the G2 switch system.
Max starts his pedalboard chain with a volume pedal by Ernie Ball on the far right side.
The TU-2 is seen at the top right corner to the left of the volume pedal. Looking closely, one can see that it's connected to the tuner out on the volume pedal rather than to the actual chain.
The Boss footswitch can be found off the board at the far left side. It's connected to the G2 Switching System.
According to the Marshall's website, Miller is a user of the Marshall 1960BV cabinet.

Interview of Chris and Max, Chris mentions he has since moved to using a Kemper live profiling his own amps with his cousin in their rehearsal studio.
