Cyril Roger

Cyril switched to a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier 3 Channels in 2008/2009 for the recording and the tour of Bad Porn Movie Trax, until late 2010.

Cyril used this guitar as his main guitar during the first years of the band (until early 2009) alongside a 7 string Jackson guitar if I’m not wrong.

Cyril actually used a Mesa/Boogie DUAL Rectifier 2 Channels and not a TRIPLE 2 Channels during Shaka’s early years and first album tour.

Cyril used a Faded Sonic Blue Fender Jaguarillo during Shaka Ponk Geeks’s tour and especially in their first Bercy performance on January 5 2013, now since 2014 the guitar is displayed at the Hard Rock Café in Paris and is apart of the Hard Rock Cafe items collection

Cyril got this custom Billy Bo Reverse 7 strings made by MeloDuende for the White/Black Pixel Ape’s tour in 2014/2015.

Cyril got this custom 6 strings guitar made by MeloDuende in 2010 (after Bad Porn’s tour). This guitar is very special because it contains inside the guitar a MI Audio G.I. Fuzz and a Digitech Whammy.

In this screenshot of Shaka Ponk’s live performance at the 2010 « Victoires de la musique », you can see CC playing a Gibson Les Paul Goldtop with Mini Humbuckers.

In this photo of a 2010 Shaka Ponk's gig, you can see the pedalboard of CC. The blue BOSS pedal is actually a BOSS CS-3, not a HR-2. It has white knobs and not black knobs (that I first thought) and has a big flashy blue color and the CS-3 is the only BOSS pedal with white knobs and a flashy blue color.

In a 2005 Shaka Ponk promotional video, Cyril Roger can be seen playing an Ibanez Universe UV777P, a guitar he has used since the beginning of the band in 2002. Source Image

During the live concert at the Woodstock Festival Poland in 2015, Cyril Roger can be seen playing a Jackson JS22-7 Dinky guitar equipped with custom EMG pickups. This is documented in the full concert video published by KręciołaTV on YouTube, specifically at the 1:33 mark.

In the live performance of Shaka Ponk at the Woodstock Festival Poland 2015, Cyril Roger is seen using a black Fender Telecaster Cabronita at the 42:25 mark. This is confirmed by the footage provided by KręciołaTV on YouTube.

Apologies for the confusion. Cyril Roger actually uses a Boss CS-3 Compressor/Sustainer, not a Boss HR-2 Harmonist, as initially thought. This correction is based on a user-uploaded photo.
