Flume's Gear
This voltage controlled delay and chorus module adds some simple but useful effects to supplement the more complex and powerful Erbe-Verb and Phonogene modules in Harley's modular.
In Flume's Deluxe Album "Producers Disc", Harley shows his very basic setup he used for his debut album which includes a Korg MicroKEY 25 USB Keyboard which he uses for writing melodies.
In a post on Instagram, Flume can be seen using the Oberheim OB-Xa synthesizer.
From Instagram, Flume posts:
People are overrated #truefriends ❤️ @roland_us @we.are.roli @dsisequential @weareelektron @wearenovation @yamahasynths_official @bose #OB-Xa
The second shelf from the bottom contains his Sequential Prophet X synth.
A pair of KRK VXT8's can been seen on Flume's tour bus studio
On the bottom left of Harley's modular is his Metropolis, which is based on the ryk-185 design that started in early modular Roland synths.
Find it on:
In the top left of Harley's modular is his collection of drum modules, all modeled on classic Roland TR series designs. The one closest to his sequencer is the BD808, which is based on the kick drum of Roland's legendary TR-808 drum machine.
This module modelling the classic clap sound from the Roland TR-909 drum machine sits amidst other drum modules in the top left corner of Harley's modular.
Sitting amongst his other drum modules is this one modelling the classic hat sounds on the legendary Roland TR-808 drum machine.
In this photo of some of Flume's studio gear, on the right side are two cases containing ROLI Seaboard RISE MIDI Controllers. Judging by their size, since they match the width of the Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S49 MIDI keyboard which has 49 keys, they must be the ROLI Seaboard RISE 49 models.
