As far as effects go...sometimes the original Cry Baby. I've been going back and forth between that and the Real McCoy. Wah, I'm trying to get it right.
The pedal is also mentioned in the 2019 Premier Guitar interview with Clark. However, it is unsure whether it was that specific wah in question or any other wah pedal from Dunlop.
In this note we can see that Gary uses a Fulltone Octafuzz OF-1. The note also has a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41e0TRdmiM) and at 15:45 we see the pedal. The pedal is also mentioned in the 2019 Premier Guitar interview with Clark.
"I've got... [Analogman's] new [ARDX20] delay... I think those options can help express certain feelings and certain attitudes, and I’m always looking for new ways to do that. It’s exciting because there’s so much out there that I don’t even know about—the whole thing’s an adventure.”
On the photo on this page you can see his entire pedalboard. The purple pedal is the MXR La Machine. The article also mentions him using it.

In June, 2012 I finally got to hear Gary Clark Jr when he came to Connecticut. Gary has been using our ARDX20 for quite some time, and our Astro Tone and KOT pedals also. Gary is a FUZZ MEISTER and one of the hottest guitarists to come out in years!!! He used the Astro Tone for his basic fuzz sound, often in combination with the KOT, and sounded AMAZING. Here's his simple yet effective pedalboard:
At 0:20 into the video you can see a full view of Gary's pedal board, second pedal from the left is the Roland EV-5 Expression Pedal, in this video it is a little dark and hard to see where the cables track to but its likely connected to his Analogman ARDX20 to push it into oscillation and control the delay. He has mentioned in a previous video, "Rig Tour", about how much he loves oscillation/feedback and is guilty of using it too much.
This photo of Gary Clark Jr's pedalboard shows he uses the Korg Pitchblack Chromatic Pedal Tuner (this photo is his pedalboard circa 2014).
