Description

Experience the power of fuzz in a small package with the Dunlop FFM3 Jimi Hendrix Fuzz Face Mini. This pedal is a compact, pedalboard-friendly reincarnation of the iconic Fuzz Face that Jimi Hendrix himself used to create his legendary, soul-stirring tones. This meticulously crafted reproduction is based on the 1969-70 Dallas Arbiter Fuzz Face that Jimi utilized on classic albums like Band of Gypsys.

Dunlop has stayed true to the original in every detail, from the handwired brown circuit board lacking a solder mask to the circuitry carefully matched to the original specs. The Dunlop FFM3 Jimi Hendrix Fuzz Face Mini is built around the toneful BC108 silicon transistor, which was a key component in producing that distinct Hendrix voodoo sound.

The pedal's compact size doesn't compromise on sound. You get the same thick, smooth Fuzz Face tone loved by countless guitarists, thanks to the BC108 silicon transistor. This pedal also includes modern enhancements such as true bypass switching and a bright status LED.

Classic Fuzz

My go-to fuzz pedal. Easy to dial in. Can sound super nasty but with your guitar volume you can dial it back and use it like a bright transparent overdrive. It doesn’t like any pedals ran before it (forgive me I don’t understand the technicalities as to why) but I always run it first in my chain. Try running it into a Blues Driver ;)

Cool.

It's just a very, very satisfying silicon fuzz: Aggressive, but not harsh. Thick, but not muddy. If you don't like the form factor and can live without the mojo go for the MXR108 Classic Fuzz which is exactly the same soundwise.

It's k

Decent silicon fuzz that takes up little space. Nothing more or less.

edit: 'after 6 years of having it on and off my board i'd have to say it's the least exciting, most reliable fuzz I've ever used. Which is definitely a plus if you're going for a classic fuzz tone.'

sonnysoul

A really good fuzz pedal

Probably the best sounding fuzz pedal I have owned. Sold because I'm saving for a helix.

fromhereonout_band

One of the best compact fuzz pedals out there

Leanne Trachy's main distortion/fuzz tone.

louis_morningstar

Historic fuzz.

Faithful reproduction of the one Hendrix used, except in mini form.
