Jeff Schroeder's Gear
In this Rig Rundown article by Premier Guitar there is a photo this guitar played by Jeff. It reads: For a semi-hollow, Jeff goes with his Yamaha SA2200 guitars, with Lollar Low Wind Imperial Humbuckers.
In this video The Music Zoo drove down to the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia to go on stage with Jeff and his tech Trace Davis to get a close up look at the Yamaha guitars he plays onstage every night. The guitar originally comes with P90s but Jeff had these switched out to Black Cat Guitar mini humbuckers. He also did change out the original tuners to locking tuners.

"In the effects loop of the preamp, I have the Eventide Time Factor, and I also have and an old Alesis MidiVerb 2, which I only use on preset 45, which is called the 'Bloom' setting. It's a reverse reverb kind of thing, and it's very beautiful." – Jeff Schroeder on the Eventide TimeFactor

“Randall RT2/50 power amp into two Marshall 4×12 cabinets with Celestion Vintage 30s run in mono. I went back to using Marshall cabs for two reasons. One, the angle of the slant makes them much easier to hear on stage and also for the sound. Classic.”

"On the ground I have a bunch of pedals: the BCM Brian May, a whiteface Rat reissue, a Menatone Blue Collar overdrive, a Fulltone Plimsoul, a Line 6 M9, a Fulltone Clyde wah, a Boss RC-30 looper and the TC Flashback delay – but that's the one you can buy only through Pro Guitar Shop.com. They call it the Alter Ego. I also have the Strymon El Capistan tape echo."

"...Billy will laught at this [laugh], my Dunlop Joe Bonamassa Wah Pedal, but it's really a phenomenal wah pedal, I mean, his ear for that type of tone, it really sounds like Jeff Beck's Truth era wah, it sounds great"
In the Premier Guitar Rig Rundown article publ 23 November 2022 this pedal is seen as well.
At 2:12, Jeff shows the two Line 6 Helix Rack models he uses (one main, one backup).

In this promotional material by Origin Effects, Jeff Schroeder is quoted as saying:
The Cali76 is hands down the best compressor in a pedal format I’ve ever played. The pedal sounds absolutely gorgeous and feels very natural under the fingers. It has become an essential element of my clean sound both in the studio and in my live rig.
In this Origin Effects material, Jeff Schroeder discusses his use of the RD Compact Hot Rod.
The RD Compact Hot Rod solves a problem I’ve always had when using a hi-gain distortion pedal: having a great clean and without any compromise of the distorted tone. The EQ and tonal structure of this pedal allows the user to shape the distortion around a variety of clean sounds, and it always sounds great.
Live with the Smashing Pumpkins, I use a multi-channel amp. The RD Compact Hot Rod gives me one more gain channel.
In the Premier Guitar Rig Rundown video tour, Jeff Schroeder's gear setup is shown to include the Analog Man Beano Boost.
