Les Claypool used the A/DA MP-2 MIDI Programmable Tube Preamp with Primus from 1995 until the band's hiatus in 2000, as noted in the August 1991 issue of Guitar Player.
Les began using this in 1993 but removed it from his set up when he recorded the Brown Album. It can be seen in the music video for DMV.

Les Claypool uses the Boss TU-3 Chromatic Tuner during live performances, as discussed on TalkBass.com.
The first is a 4 string fretted 32″ scale piccolo bass made of walnut and mahogany, and fitted with a single EMG-35DC pickup and BTS Control preamp. Les replaced the original Schaller 10/404 with an EMG-HB and then later moved to the DC. It also has a Kahler tremelo that was added by Claypool in the 1980s. in 1993 or so Les added a small piece of flamed maple on the headstock that is signed by Geddy Lee.
Claypool uses the Kay Acoustic Upright Bass for the music video of "Mr. Krinkle".

In this video of The Current, where The Claypool Lennon Delirium performed in 2019, you can see the Strymon Lex on Les pedalboard. Used is this rotary speaker emulation for example in the song Little Fishes for the intro, as heard in another The Current video of the same session (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJcC4QoZPlo&ab_channel=TheCurrent).
Les can be seen using an Ampeg SVT VR head as early as may 2019 (source are the dates of pictures on getty images). At 0:06 in the added Instagram Reel, the head can be seen at the bottom of his rack.
On Carl Thompsons website it is stated that the replica of his walnut piccolo bass is equipped with an EMG35P4 instead of the EMG35DC used in the original.
