Martin Stürtzer's Gear
Throughout this video, Martin can be seen using the Waldorf Iridium. It is the large black synth at the bottom left to centre of the video, below the Elektron Analog Four, with the touch screen display and the gaudy coloured pads.
In this video Martin can be seen using the Access Virus TI Polar throughout the video, the white 37 key keyboard synth, bottom left, immediately under the computer monitor. He uses it for drones and long pads for ambient sounds, which the Virus series are ideally suited for as they have longer than usual release times on their ADSR amplitude envelopes.

In Martin Stürtzer's studio tour video, he discusses the integration of his Oberheim SEM-1 Synthesizer Expander Module within his audio setup, providing insight into his routing and workflow.
In this video of Martin's studio setup, he can be seen holding up a sheet of paper detailing the mapping of his gear through his audio interface and MIDI router. This includes the E-Mu UltraProteus, listed top right.
In the YouTube video titled "Ambient Pads & Drones Sound Design with Pigments (with commentary)," uploaded by Martin Stürtzer, he can be observed using Bitwig Studio at the 11:06 mark.
In this session I am playing Ambient music using only sounds from the Waldorf Protein. I made the patches in the last days and will add a few more during the stream. I will also show the MPE mode of Protein with the Osmose (starting in part 2 of the set). 30-Nocv-2025
For the first Home Concert of 2026 I recorded a liveset with Dub Ambient and Dub Techno music. The set starts with three Dub Ambient tracks in the 80bpm range. Followed by two faster Dub Techno tracks featuring sounds from the Super-6 and Oberheim OB6. The sets closes with a slower Dub Techno track with washy chords from the Roland Juno 60. The music of this set is exclusively available here on Youtube until I finish the productions and can upload the music to Bandcamp and the streaming services. 04-Jan-2026
