Cosmetically the unit is in pretty good shape other than a few small scuffs and rips here and there. The inside tolex is also coming apart. This unit is currently non functioning and will need to be repaired. There is a piece of tape with it that is currently held together with blue tape but it will likely need a new tape entirely.

The unit passes signal and the "gain" functions but the echo does not work. Again this unit will need some repairs to get it to full functionality but with the right expertise it could be pretty close!

This Gretsch "CHET ATKINS" Model 6160 Amp is owned by Mike Campbell

Serial: 6160 Overall the amp is in pretty good shape cosmetically. The "Chet Atkins" as well as the "Gretsch" logos on the grill cloth have been torn off. All of the inputs function. The tremolo functions. The only known functional issue is that the amp at times has a pretty loud hiss that happens intermittently and there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to what causes it but it goes away. This amp will definitely benefit from a set up by a professional tech!

"So this is for Rebels. Just a standard Tennessean, I don't know, mid-60s," explains Mike Campbell's guitar tech about the Gretsch Guitars G6119-1962HT Chet Atkins Tennessee Rose Electric Guitar.

"Barney Kessel, probaby '54 or '55. This one he was playing in the set but he's not really playing it now. He's used it on 'I Just Want to Make Love To You', 'Muddy Water' so of course it's okay," says Mike Campbell's guitar tech about the Barney Kessel 1954 Electric Guitar.

"This is all powered by the Voodoo Pedal Power. That's it. Accept no substitute," says Mike Campbell's guitar tech about the Voodoo Lab Pedal Power AC.

"StratoTone. This is tuned down a whole step. This is a backup for that Les Paul just in case he does anything or it breaks up," says Mike Campbell's guitar tech about the Harmony StratoTone.

Mike Campbell is listed as an artist who uses the Fulltone FatBoost 3 FB-3, as noted on Fulltone's official website.

Campbell used this guitar for "The Gorge" concert with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, and the concert happened in 2010.

"One of the amplifiers Mike was using was an open-back Ampeg, and I had a Shure SM57 on that while, to capture some low end, I had the bright idea of also sticking one of those flat PZM microphones onto the amp. It was the Radio Shack mic, not the posh Crown version, and I just blended that in. Being omnidirectional, it gave a little of the environment, and those mics were blended together and went through a Urei 1176. Typically, the pre would be an outboard Neve 1073 or an API, and only things like percussion would use the preamps on the console.

"The same recording method was used for the other guitars, with the exception of the PZM.

Serial: N/A There are lacquer cracks throughout. There are also general scuffs and scratches. There are 2 screw holes through the top. The pickup works, but intermittently cuts out when you use the tone button. There is a part of the finish that is worn down to the bare wood near the low E string. There is fret buzz throughout this bass. Will greatly benefit from a set up.
