It is believed that Royce used two presets from Sylenth1 for Dreamin by Lil Mosey. The main preset is a synth sound called LD Big Faith and and the background preset is PD MoonCloud. Based on Logal's remake of the beat, it seems like this info is valid.

Royce used the Arpenpad preset from Analog Lab in See No Evil by isaacjacuzzi. Royce also used more analog lab presets in beats. He used the mystic pluck preset in AYEROYCE Leave and the beauty harp preset in AYEROYCE Geforce.

In the YouTube video "Lil Mosey - Party Animal," producer Royce David utilizes the Xfer Serum Advanced Wavetable Synthesizer to create the rage beat. The sound is reminiscent of presets from the Synthetics Adapt Serum preset bank.
