Skrillex

This video shows Skrillex using his Macbook Pro in both Studio and Live contexts. At 0:35, he is seen using it to create a song and at 6:25 he is seen using on stage.

The Focusrite Saffire PRO 14 audio interface is an integral part of Skrillex's mobile studio setup. When asked about it he says "I've got a MacBook Pro running Ableton Live with two little KRK monitors and a Focusrite Saffire Pro 14 interface."

At 5:59, Skrillex is seen using the MPK 49 as a performance tool.

Skrillex's former live setup included an M-Audio Trigger Finger MIDI Controller. As of 2012, he switched to using CDJ's.

At 2:27, the Duet 2 is seen connected to Sonny's laptop in this video.

Towards the end of this Vine video clip posted by Skrillex of his studio setup, his studio desk can be seen. The Antelope Audio Orion 32 can be seen on the right side rack below the Barefoot monitor speaker.

At 41-44 seconds in this video, you can see an MPK Mini Mk2 on Skrillex's desk.

In this video, you can clearly see a LaCie Rugged Portable External Hard Drive attached to his computer. You can see it at 14:10 into the video.

In this photo, Skrillex is seen working at the Red Bull Studios, London with his Novation 25 SL Mk II MIDI Controller.

In this photo of Skrillex performing, he can be seen using a GoPro camera to either record himself or the audience. The camera can be seen on top of a flexible stand between the DJ mixer and the CDJ.

At 1:53 in this video, Skrillex's Alesis Q25 Midi controller can be seen.

Skrillex mentions "I've got a little two-octave Alesis controller" referring to the Alesis QX25 MIDI Keyboard.

Skrillex used the M-Audio Fast Track USB audio interface for this performance. It can be seen at 3:47.

On page 14 of the July 2011 Issue of "DJ Times," Skrillex mentions that DJ Tech Tools had sent him a Midi Fighter:

"...DJ Tech Tools just sent me a Midi Fighter , which is a very simple midi controller with arcade style buttons."

In this interview by Liam McEwan, Skrill says that "he doesn't even bother getting the real microphone out anymore," having used vocals recorded on his cell phone in released songs.

In Skrillex's music video, "Rock N Roll (Will Take You to the Mountain)" at timestamp 2:24, There is a vectorscope shown from the SSL 4040G+ mixing console and it appears that Skrillex is using it to play his music through it.
