Thom Yorke's Studio Equipment
At 39:19 in the video, it shows that the drum machine is sitting on the piano. Thom is using the new Electron analog drum machine instead of the older Machinedrum.
Thom Yorke can be seen using the Elektron Machinedrum SPS-1 in this video of his performance at Big Chill Festival in 2010, during the song "The Gloaming." Right at the start of the video, he looks to be messing with the Machinedrum, which is situated on the right side of the piano.
In Ed O'Brien's official diary, he talks about Radiohead's: Optimistic and Kid A being initially sketched on a Roland MC-505. This evidence is enforced by The King Of Gear's Blog Archive called "Thom's Percussion" where it states >According to Ed’s diary, the song Kid A "started off as a Thom doodle on the [Roland MC] 505…“
However the Roland MC-505 isn't actually used on the track but was known to be originally wrote on this.
Johnny and Thom played with a CR-78 for two acoustic videos directed by Paul Thomas Anderson in 2016. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hgVihWjK2c https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ti6qhk3tX2s Seen on top of Johnny's amp in the second video.
This blog post has an image of Thom Yorke using the QY70
Thom uses a Alesis QX25 for during the A Moon Shaped Pool tour. He mainly uses it for the live perfromances of Ful Stop and Daydreaming. This photo is a close up of the QX25 from the Radiohead concert in Atlanta, GA, 01/04/17
Used for vocals on OK Computer, as stated by producer Nigel Godrich in this interview from the August 1997 issue of The Mix (as archived by Radiohead fansite Citizen Insane).
Vocals were recorded alternately with a Neumann valve 47, and an Australian Rode valve mic, through a Urei 1176 compressor, and a Pultec valve EQ on a few things.
"With months of hindsight, I actually think the Australian mic is a bit too bright, but if it's a good performance, that's it. Maybe the vocal sound suffered from the fact that it was occasionally just thrown down, but I don't think so."
In the Instagram video posted by the radioheadcommunity, you can see Thom Yorke using the Elektron Digitakt II 16-track Stereo Drum Computer and Sampler during his live "Everything" tour.
During the May 20th performance of "Ful Stop" in Amsterdam, Thom Yorke was observed using an Alesis Q25 Keyboard Controller, as evidenced by an image from the event.
As you can see in the photo, Thom is using a MacBook.
