King Krule's Gear

Archie Marshall (aka. King Krule) uses the Akai MPC 2000xl when recoding and programming beats. He uses it a lot on the 'A New Place 2 Drown' album.

During the whole presentation in KCRW, we can see King Krule playing a Stratocaster with a custom paint job: a sunflower on a blue field.
He is seen playing this guitar when Jack Towell takes the solo. It must be noted that the version seen here has a white pickguard added to it, which was not on the factory line.

In the video, King Krule is playing the song "Cementality" on a Nord Electro 2 61 Keyboard. The brand and the model are visible at 0:18 in the video. He's probably using the Wurli preset of the Electro 2. The signal of the Nord is going out through the L Mono out of the keyboard.
