Thundercat's Effects Pedals
Thundercat - Stephen Bruner - gave an interview to Bass Player magazine in which he went into light detail about some of his equipment, and they've listed some at the bottom of the article linked. You can hear examples of these pedals being used in tracks like 'Oh Sheit, It's X!' and 'Them Changes'.
You can see thundercat adjusting the low pass throughout the video. He's been known to have the signature "moogerfooger" sound.
In this live clip he's using some kind of octaving effect, with excellent tracking, and the first visible glimpse of a large red pedal is at 20:05 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7aBs66HXrU (It's gotta be a Whammy).
Also here, a Whammy is clearly visible on the desk. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhVgbZdMdb0
"The Pigtronix is powerful—it reminds me of a Mu-Tron Bi-Phase, but it’s nice not to have to deal with the weight of a Bi-Phase."
This white phaser can be seen next to the low pass filter throughout the video
Mentioned by Jose Rios in his December 23, 2019 Guitar.com interview.
I also have a Pyramid from EarthQuaker Devices which Thundercat uses and I have it for that reason.
Check at 6:20 when you can see the effects that he has on the table. And when he starts playing the song Them Changes you can clearly hear a phaser along with an octave up from the Whammy.
In the Mixdown article "GEAR RUNDOWN: THUNDERCAT," it is noted that Thundercat has used the Moog Moogerfooger MF-108M Cluster Flux, a chorus/vibrato effect pedal, in his setup.
According to Mixdown, Thundercat has used the Moog Moogerfooger MF-104Z Analog Delay in his setup.

In this live performance at Stephen Colbert's talk show, you can see his pedalboard with Moogerfooger envelope filter on the stand right by him. He gets the signature Thundercat tone from moog.
