In the YouTube video titled "Sloppy Lovejoy Acoustic set with Tommy," Wilbur Soot is seen playing a Fender Acoustic Guitar CD-60SCE Dreadnought 12-String, which belongs to James Marriott.

At 0:33 during Pebblebrain Rhythm guitar sound check, you can spot a microtubes vintage pedal

At 0:58 in Wilbur's soft boy music video, a circle appears with Wilbur turning on an amp while the song builds to the chorus. If you look at the amp, it immediately looks like a typical marshall combo amp but if you look closer, it says "10cd" on the amp, and the only Marshall Amp that has that in its name is the mg10cd gold.

At 8:26 Wilbur is playing in front of a white vox amp. I am not sure of the model but I know it only has one handle and the edges are not black. This amp has also been seen in multiple of recent lovejoy concerts. I am not sure if this is the exact model and would love for someone to look into this further.

You can see in this photo, originally posted on Ash's Instagram, that Will used the Beta 57a as a vocal mic during Lovejoys first headline show at the Hope & Ruin in Brighton.

In this Lovejoy acoustic set we can see Wilbur using a Baby Taylor.

Dunno if this an LT50 or an LT25 at 7:29 but it's definitely some sort of Fender Mustang LT combo amplifier behind Will from when Lovejoy was writing recording demos for Pebble Brain.

In this photo we see the guitar Wilbur has used many times throughout the past few tours, mostly uses for the songs from “Are you alright” and “Pebble Brain”

In this youtube video at 0:30, you can see his signal chain and there are multiple effects pedals in it, and this booster is one of them.

In this vlog by Ash Kabosu, on the process of making Lovejoy songs you can see a marshall jtm45 head, at that part of the video Joe Goldsmith is using it but earlier in the video you can see will using it to record rhythm guitar for both You'll Understand When You're Older and Oh Yeah? You Gonna Cry?

In this instagram post by Mark Boardman, Lovejoy's drummer, Will is shown to use a fender twin for recording "Are You Alright?", I know that many people, includimg myself until recently think he used a marshall, and that is true but it was used after "Are You Alright?", on Pebble Brain and all their recent music.

In this Ash Kabosu vlog, you can see Will using an orange rockerverb 50 amp, you can know for sure it's that orange amp, because on the instagram account of the studio in which that video was taken, has an image of this amp. Wilbur Soot's band, Lovejoy, utilized a Fender '65 Deluxe Reverb amplifier for recording samples. This was confirmed through a photo shared by Luke Brealey on his Instagram story, where he detailed the sample recording process.

In my conversation with Luke Brealey, who recorded samples for Will and Joe, he wrote that he used a klon on some of those samples. The photo is Luke Brealey's Instagram story on how he was doing the samples for Lovejoy, I would post the convo but he asked me not to do it.

Wilbur Soot's use of the Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer isn't verified. According to a conversation with Luke Brealey, who recorded samples for Wilbur and Joe, a Quad Tube Screamer copy was used instead. The accompanying photo is from Luke Brealey's Instagram story, showcasing his work on samples for Lovejoy.

Wilbur was also seen performing with it live on July 3rd at a WLUM-FM acoustic set in the NorthSouth Club, Milwaukee. Wilbur has been seen using the Fender Custom Shop LTD 1960 Telecaster Custom Heavy Relic (aged sherwood green/3-tone sunburst) in multiple live concerts and official posts from Lovejoy's youtube/instagram.

In the provided video, Wilbur can be seen using this guitar at the Isle of Wight Festival 2023. For a more recent example, Wilbur also used it at Summerfest Milwaukee 2025.

Wilbur Soot is confirmed to use a Fender Custom Shop LTD '60 Telecaster Custom Heavy Relic, Aged Sherwood Green Metallic over Sunburst. The instrument was first seen being used by Wilbur in early 2022, during a vlog by Ash while recording songs like "Consequences" and "Scum." Although there have been discussions about the guitar's color within the community, evidence from a 2021 Facebook post by a UK music website confirms the design and color of Wilbur's Telecaster. Furthermore, a photo shared by Lovejoy Band on Instagram on November 18, 2025, showcases Wilbur with the guitar, providing visual confirmation of its use.
