I got two
Aquired a couple of these but haven't really put them to use. Can't really judge until I get some high bias type 2 tape and get them checked out by a professional for any possible wear and tear. I'll definitely be tracking some sounds on these for sure.

great entry level bass
this is a bass for a 6 string guitar player who wants to only use it for tracking. Looks and sounds great and is fun.

beautiful tool
this was given to me by a friend. I still consider it his but it's primarily been in my possession. It takes some practice but provides a great sound you can hear in a lot of records.

my first condenser
If I had more money to go towards a condenser, I would've gotten the at4060 for its omnidirectional polar pattern, but for a condenser this sounds wonderful. With my sm57 and 8i6 I can cover a lot of ground.

the 4040 and 4047 are the most neutral and versatile fixed pattern mics at their price point followed by the fixed pattern blue mics like the baby bottle and bluebird, but the 2 AT fixed pattern 40s are better all arounders.... have you tried the new(ish) AT ribbon microphone yet?

haven't tried a lot of studio gear after getting a lot of my stuff unfortunately, but hopefully someday I will.

Excellent first interface.
As a first interface this is great. I'm able to get a stereo recording as well as recording 2 other line level devices. I've tracked guitar, vocals, and keys with this before and works well. Over the years the power plug has gotten kinda worn and if not careful can easily not power up when plugged in because the connector is slightly bent but I blame myself for that. Drivers are slow compared to others, and I highly suggest using ASIO4ALL as a replacement to gain a few more ms of round time latency. But on my windows setup w/ ASIO4ALL , 48k 24-bit i'm getting around 6.7ms after driver error compensation, which is nice. Not the goal 5ms, but an additional 1.7ms is tolerable. Will hopefully upgrade to an 8 mic pre someday.

very good
Bought this as a recommendation for its flat freq response and comfort. Everything about these headphones are great, and I prefer these over my budget monitors for making music with, as well as all around listening.

limited edition red
For first monitors, these are wonderful and serve as my main speakers for everything I do except when I'm actually monitoring my music, which I use headphones for. I don't have a very real studio setup and would rather have yamaha monitors but for as cheap as these are they sound better than your run of the mil stereo speaker setup.

center of my workstation
I've owned an mpk49 for a while and liked it, but the drum pads were crap. The pads on this really make up for it, and since I use Ableton Live it just made sense. I hurried and grabbed the limited edition red color to match my red monitors. Works very well. Still has the clean and shiny keys. I need a cover for this.

Beast volume!
After some consultation I went with this because of the negativity i've heard about other volume pedals using a string and after playing around, this is definitely worth. Stereo in/out and good at the end of my chain for its low impedance. Smooth rocking. My only issue with this is the volume swell isn't as smooth as I'd like, which I'll need to test and see if the 500H version of this can fix. Besides Vertex, is there any recommended mods for this?

your basic exp pedal
fits perfitcally with my moog mf chorus, but it's just a low price workhorse of an exp pedal. Kinda plasticy but definitely sturdy. Works very well.

there's a reason why everyone has one
and i thought about saving for the timeline, but why? this delay covers so much ground. Fell in love with the tape loop feature as well. Rudimentary, but I'm that kind of guy. And it sounds sooooo soulful.

versatile, low price
Stereo in/outs, lexicon reverbs. I really love the plate and one or two of the modulated settings. Spring sounds great as well. Love the mix control so you can kill the dry tone. Can get pretty spacey and sometimes digital sounding but it's great.

no brainer
I wasn't in the market for a pitch shift type pedal but after playing with this one, I couldn't resist. Many pitch options, and many other options in general, at a low price point. Duh! Can turn my standard electrics into baritones, and with its expression in it instantly turns into a whammy pedal.

instant love
For the style of music i've been playing, this was a no-brainer. the freeze is a great concept and this takes it even further. Right now, I have a pitch fork in its effects loop and makes for some great organ like sounds.

classic chorus with a fire under its butt
as another mod pedal it was a tossup between chorus and flanger, and i absolutely love chorus more than flanger. this is a price friendly chorus pedal with a ton of features. analog bbd chips and a pitch vibe setting. Speaking of flanger, this gets into that territory as well. Option for stereo out as well. Couldn't say no.

great compressor with a secret weapon
I got this originally because it was on sale at a buddys shop but also because I was looking into a blend style compressor. One of its awesome little secrets is its built in black buffer box which is always active even if the pedal is off. It's put early into my chain so that the buffer can well, buffer the rest of my pedals.

lovely pedal
Instantly fell in love with the sound of this one. Can easily be an all-in-one reverb and delay to put at the end of a signal chain. I use it before my spark->evolution for a reverb-before-dirt sound and also since I already have a supernatural reverb at the end of my chain.
