ADK Microphones is a Portland, Oregon-based microphone manufacturer founded in 1998 by recording engineer and vintage mic collector Larry Villella. The company grew out of Villella's decades of collecting and recording with classic tube microphones, using spectrum analysis and computer modeling to study what gave his favorites their sonic character before building his own designs aimed at keeping vintage tone within reach of project-studio budgets.

The lineup centers on large-diaphragm condensers across tube and FET designs, including the Z² Z-Mod multi-pattern Class A tube series (developed with David Bock), the T-FET tri-polar workhorse series, and the 3 Zigma modular system with interchangeable capsules for studio and stage use.
