Now small clone has special features for bass guitar. It can add needed clean low end + boost effected highs. Also there's a new crossover to cut low end from modulated signal. Also you can set Depth as you wish, not only two positions. It has sound of previous clones, but of course it sounds not the same. So, it has goods from previous clones and new great features for bass.

It is very cheap power supply. It has 8 outs, but I see that they are not isolated. Anyway it's very compaxct power supply (like boss pedal). I can't hear unwanted noises or something else. It has LED button, but it's useless. Still, I think's it s a good (but not great) choice for its price.

It is a small version of Memory man. There is no "tap tempo" button and it is sad. There are simple but crazy modulation modes, which can be used to make space synth noises. Time of delay varies from 30 ms to 550 ms. It goes from doubling to slapback very easy. Then you can go to echoes. Modulation can go from chorus to vibrato. Also you can connect Exp. add for modulation and delay time control. If you don't care about tap, big long echoes and want analog sound vintage delay - this one is for you.

It is a very simple anolog synth, which has one osc., one filter, one lfo. Easy enough to make deep bass, noisy leads and some other weird things.

It is a very cheap drum machine which can be used in many situations, but it has limits which you can dislike: only mono sound, you may dislike sounds. But it can be modded, used in experiments. And of course it is very simple. But for its price I think you wouldn't find anything.

It's getting better and better. I can say this DAW is a timesaver. It can be used in world of electronic music and live music. What a great combo. Also I see that I don't need to click my mouse often to find buttons, points, etc.

Firstly I thought to use it mainly as a drum pad controller, but I was wrong. This device is a beast when you need to sequence synths. On first day I've tried it with my iPad synths and was satisfied. Then I've tried to use it with my CS-10, but without dongle I couldn't sequence really well. I have Korg Sq-10 which worked with my Cs-10 with dongle, but I wanted this sequencer to work as midi-controller. So If you don't need much CV attention and would like to have a midi controller buy Beatstep.

Small stompbox with two effects - vibrato and tremolo. You may want to get more depth from this thing, but you won't. Still, it can give you smooth vibrato sound to your guitar and interesting tremolo sounds. You can tweak it's waves to choose type of sound that you need. I won't say that it's agressive, but good enough. Also you can get stereo sounds from it, which is great. As I said it lacks some depth if you want real extreme settings. Also there's a volume boost in tremolo mode which can dissapoint you. It's OK and cheap.

This pedal is a combination of preamp, distortion, eq and compressor. You may like it and may not. It's distortion can give good results with low values, adding vintage overdrive sound. Compressor has only one knob, but it can help keeping your bass signal stable. Also there is an interesting EQ, which can add lows and highs to your signal. You can get good results, but not very different.

Small and powerful version of Small Clone. Somebody would say it has different sound, but I don't think so, or maybe just a little. No volume drops, no low cut (as it was i nano-clone). I was using Small Clone earlier with my bass guitar. No big differences.

Very big WAH-WAH pedal. It could have some more tweaking knobs, but it's simple. Two modes for those who wants typical Morley WAH sound and "FUNK WAH" which is supposed to be slap-friendly. I like it in default mode, it gives me enough sound. Maybe not so bright as Power Wah or Dunlop Crybaby, but still is enough. Also I like that it has no on/off switches. I step on it and it gives me effect, then I go away and it switches off. I also like how it sounds with distortion before it.

Of course Big Muff is a classic. Russian Green Muff gives great bass fuzz, but this is another story. EHX Bass Big Muff will give you fuzz tone which you would like or hate. I prefer to blend DRY signal with EFFECTED. There is a fail that boosts audio when you turn up the volume which acts as a blend in "DRY" mode. You can live with it in cases when you want to put fuzz in some song moments. But adjusting it to signal without pedal is tricky. If you don't like blending you can use it's splitter which can send distorted and clean signals parallel. I also like this pedal on guitar. Anyway, it's cheap and a good strart point.

It’s a “simple” compressor for guys that just need to even out their low end in a band context. It has two bands with a slow settings for a lows and fast for a high band. So here’s a deal - play in a band, set gain to 12, add low to stand in a mix and then add highs to get a perfect attack. I see why it wasn’t a great thing when it was released. It just not so flexible for everyone. But it looks great and can do its job very well.
