Description
Introducing the Electro-Harmonix Bass Clone, a chorus pedal that takes your bass guitar sound to the next level. Based on the circuitry of the legendary Small Clone, this pedal adds unique features specifically designed for the bass. The combination of modulated and dry signals creates a rich, dimensional chorus, while the Crossover switch cuts low end from the modulated signal, delivering an accurately articulated bottom end with excellent note definition.
The Treble control affects the whole signal, while the Bass control only affects the dry half. Together with the Crossover switch, they provide precise sound shaping that lets you achieve a tight, focused bass guitar sound with a well-defined low end and shimmering chorus on top. This pedal is a perfect tool for bassists looking to add a new layer of depth to their sound without compromising the punch and definition of their core tone.
Key Features:
- Chorus pedal based on the classic Small Clone, optimized for bass guitar
- Crossover switch removes low frequencies from the chorus effect for a tighter, punchier tone
- Bass control tweaks low frequencies of the dry signal only, preserving the low end
- Treble control affects the entire signal, allowing for broader tonal adjustments
- Delivers a well-defined, focused bass sound with a shimmering chorus on top
- True bypass switching for maximum signal integrity when disengaged
- Compact, rugged design for durability and portability
- Made in the USA
- Powered by a 9-volt battery or 9 V DC power supply (not included)

Surpisingly versatile
I bought for bass at first, but tried on guitar and works amazing. You have the Standard Chorus controls, but also Bass and Treble EQ knobs, and the X-Over makes it even more versatile. Also its small and very pricey.

very nice addition for your pedalboard
You can use it for your main "weapon" if you want to go for some Peter Hook-like sounds. But you can also put it in your pedalboard just to give some colour to your tone. The bass/treble knobs give you good enough control over the pedal, "depth" works very well, and rate lets you choose your favourite range (sounds absolutely brilliant when maxed out and used with od/ds and reverb!).

Great new chorus for bass
Now small clone has special features for bass guitar. It can add needed clean low end + boost effected highs. Also there's a new crossover to cut low end from modulated signal. Also you can set Depth as you wish, not only two positions. It has sound of previous clones, but of course it sounds not the same. So, it has goods from previous clones and new great features for bass.

new items of ehx. bass clone chorus
I bough this new creation of electroarmonix industry. For a modern bassist, not for whom that believe its only fingers - amp- bass woods and mechanicals. In other way chorus by my opinion is one of fundamentally effects that you keep in your pedalboard. this stompbox items allow you to got a different sounds of chorus and with a special switch to adeguate effect to frequencies too. Different chorus level, also flanger and space effects can obtains ruling depth and rate knobs. with this, rat 2 and digitech compressor dual band I reach basic and definitive effect bass equipment.

Classic chorus with expanded capabilities
Was looking for a simple Joy Division-y chorus effect and came across this, which is almost exactly the same electronics as the Small Clone Joy Division used, but with additional functionality for bass to clean up the low end. Didn't break the bank either, and sounds lovely!
