Mogami Gold High-Definition Neutrik 1/4" Straight Instrument Cable
Avg price: $94.95

Unique delay. Poor looper for its price, reputation and potential.
Everything about the delays in general is perfect, it's organic and versatile –though it has a peculiar modulation to it which may not be the most amazing one, and then the Digital machine is currently having some error(s) which we expect to be solved with a future firmware update as by now it lacks the pristine clear repeats that one should be able to achieve from it. It is sad to find a looper asking for a MIDI connection to unlock its full functionality while other options gives them out even with less switches (you know… the regular little Ditto is by far a more complete looper in terms of possibilities, even when it has just one switch!).
TC Electronic Spark Mini Booster
Avg price: $45.44
Gorgeous booster
It has a nice behavior with anything you put in front of it, it adds volume output to make anything sound full (balls!) with no added grit (though it could obviously cause your amp or other gains stages to do that). I use it through my FX loop to increase my output volume. Is a very useful tool as it excels on the regular application that one expects from (clean) boosters but also stands ahead of the rest with its PrimeTime feature (dual action switch that works as momentary or permanent depending on your foot action if you just quickly tap or if you hold it pressed), this nice bonus just sets it apart from any of its competitors by offering a peculiar approach of inspiring potential.
D'Addario PWGPKIT10 DIY Solderless Pedalboard Cable Kit
Avg price: $78.00

Winner expression pedal
To me it beats any options at its price range. It is made of plastic but has a very solid and comfortable feeling. I used it to control the gain on Moog pedals but also with other brands (mostly Strymon) . It has this typical pot to shorten its range from its minimum. It comes bundled with a TRS cable but I lost it and replaced it with a short MXR TRS.
Harmonizer & Octave Effects Pedals
Avg price: $200.35
Funny, effective, great sounding
I bought the Pitch Fork as soon as it came out because it sounded fine, though still wished the better sound of the Whammy so then the Ricochet came out and I had to buy it to get the sound that I always wished and I'm totally pleased about it. DigiTech should have made this since they released the WH-1 as I always wished this kind of design as I found the treadle obtrusive to my usual application of the effect. A future version would be ok with the features that this lacks compared to the Pitch Fork (the blending option, the dual mode, the extra intervals –yes: detune, thirds, etc.– and the possibility to attach an expression pedal), and of course that MIDI would be appreciated too.
Vox AC30CC1 1x12 Custom Classic Combo
Avg price: $580.38
Littler AC30 combo with no compromises to me
It's an AC30 combo with just one speaker but it sounds as heavenly as one expects from an AC30, I played AC30s with Blues, Greens and others and I feel very comfortable with this English Celestion "Neo Dog" speaker (it has a very round sound… so I guess it's closer to a Green than to a Blue as I always felt the Blues with much more percussive reaction), I sold my AC30CC2 to afford this and I'm very glad about the replacement.

EarthQuaker Devices Organizer V2

Gretsch G5222 Electromatic Compact Amp
Avg price: $412.50
Delicious little amp
I bought several AC4s (C1 and TV models) from Vox as I like their bigger brothers (AC15s and AC30s are my big amps of choice), those were always fine but never made me that happy so I kept looking for other options. I liked how the Fender Champ 600 sounded but always felt a little boxy. This one is very similar to the Champ but with a different chassis and therefore another resonance, it sounds more open, now I’m sticking with it. As any amp it takes some gain pedals better than others, I found that more advanced pedals are not that great through it (I have a Strymon Sunset and a Bogner La Grange) but it’s gorgeous with things like the Rat, Charlie Brown V4 and/or other Foxx’ based fuzzes I had.

excellent comp/photography here. impressed.
nice photo. how are the humbuckers on that telecaster?
@rikoflishas without owning it I can tell you those humbuckers are regular PAF style modified to look right in a wiserange bucker case.... but going squier is not the reason, very few tele deluxes made by fender have actual wide range buckers with CUNIFE polepiece magnets anymore :(
Awesome setup and great photo. This needs to be upvoted way more.
Also, thanks for tagging the actual pedalboard and cables you use in the gear list. I find those parts are very overlooked when people tag; they're difficult components to get just right so it's super helpful to see what's used in inspiring builds like this one.
Hey, @rikoflishas! They have a very peculiar sound, they retain the twangy bright character from the guitar, they don't sound like regular Telecaster single coild but neither as regular humbuckers. It's not a standard sound, which for many people could be annoying as it results in a very peculiar character that may not suit what most players are used to.
Hey, @gchiaren, it's a pleasure to me. This feature is very nice, a super implementation for the bunch of geeky people that's around this lovely site.
@luxiu the original wideranges from the 70s with the weird CUNIFE magnetic screws instead of bar magnets sound even weirder. From what I understand most of the modern ones are just wound different to produce an atypical frequency response. The originals were designed by seth lover of PAF fame and are a true hybrid of a gibson and fender pickup, for better or for worse. A lot of people don't like those original 70s deluxes and customs and the pickups are one of the reasons. Although fender is again winding legit wideranges with the weird CUNIFE polepiece screws for high end AVRI and custom shop guitars.... I believe you cna buy them as a custom shop replacement part or buy repros from guys like creamery.... hut YMMV. There was a time 25 years ago where I coulda had an original tele deluxe for peanuts and passed. I thought it sounded weird and it had that weird microtilt 3 bolt neck setup, just rubbed me wrong. Much prefer the new ones.
Great gear, great composition. Without the shoes on it, it'll be even great as a picture on the wall ;) Loving that Telecaster, never seen before, looks awesome.
super!
