Analog Man King of Tone Overdrive
Avg price: $738.12
A bit too much hype, but great nevertheless
A great sounding pedal. I own most of the best overdrive pedals and compared them all. The King of Tone is staying on my pedalboard. Personally I like the boost and overdrive settings best.
Avg price: $171.67
Smooth
I have it on most of the time. Very transparent. Less twangy in comparison to my Xotic SP, but I like the effect to be subtle. Not sure about the tone knob though, I turn it almost all the way down,
Wampler The Paisley Drive Signature Overdrive
Avg price: $162.58
Great overdrive
Warm tone, great pedal.I use it together with my Analogman King of Tone pedal, great combination.
Avg price: $558.11
Great overdrive, who needs the horsie?
Great overdrive, especially at low gain into an amp on the edge of breaking up. Price is reasonable compared to the original Centaurs (what is the hype?). Only drawback is that there is no text to tell you what the knobs do.
Avg price: $199.00
Great overdrive!
Instant talent booster. Half of Analogman's famous King of Tone.
Analog Man King of Tone 4 Jack Version
Avg price: $927.20
Avg price: $125.04
Love it!
As good as his big brother, but half the size. Gotta love it.
Avg price: $175.89
Good, but no KoT killer
Nice overdrive, a bit harsh to my taste. Supposedly an Analog Man King of Tone killer. But owning them both I must say they sound quite different.

Clean looking board. Is the KoT your favorite overdrive? Do you always stack it with the Paisley?
Not always, I use the KoT stand-alone quite a lot. But stacked it's also amazing.
And yes, the KoT is absolutely my favorite. i consider the Prince of Tone to be just as good, but cheaper and no waiting list. But les mojo, of course... :-)
