If you're looking for a basic and affordable, 2-channel mixer, the DJM-250 is a great choice for someone just starting out. With this mixer you get the standard low/mid/high EQ knobs for each channel along with a dedicated hi/lo-pass filter. You also have access to a separate mic and auxiliary channels which are great for connecting to external audio sources.
