In 2012, PREMIER launched the ALL BRITISH MADE project. The AVIATION 23 PLY "HURRICANE" model snare drum is the first product to be released under this project. Very few of these drums were made and they are highly collectable.

The snare drum has a 21-ply SCANDINAVIAN Birch core and a Georgian English Oak inner and outer ply making for a 23-PLY shell for a loud, clear, and warm sound with serious low end OOMPH! The 45-degree bearing edge, deep snare bed (1.8 mm deep), and small air vent holes (5 mm in diameter) provide crisp snappy response and a wide dynamic range. The shell is a true work of art.

The tube lug posts are made of solid steel, which not only improves durability but also directly transmits vibrations from the hitting surface to the bottom head to maximize the original sound of the shell. In addition, aerodynamic isolation washers are used to attach the lugs and other parts so as not to interfere with the air vibrations inside the shell.

The heavy-duty snare strainer is designed for high playability, and the head can be replaced without removing the strings or tapes.
