RMI Keyboards [Retrozone]

soundonsound.com

RMI's Explorer may have had a brief moment in the limelight, but its overall lack of touch sensitivity and dated sound generation make it a hard sell today. While it offers some unique tonal qualities and nostalgic charm for vintage enthusiasts, the limitations in playability and range quickly overshadow its potential appeal. It's a relic of a bygone era that, despite being a part of progressive rock's landscape, struggles to hold relevance in modern contexts. If you’re looking for versatility and responsiveness, the Explorer might not be the answer you're seeking.
