Description
The Schecter Hellcat VI is a versatile instrument that bridges the gap between a guitar and bass, offering musicians a unique tonal palette. Designed with the adventurous musician in mind, the Hellcat VI features a shorter 30" scale that makes it a breeze to play, while still delivering the deep, resonant tones associated with electric basses. This six-string marvel is perfect for those who want to explore new sonic territories, combining the familiar feel of a guitar with the rumbling power of a bass.
Equipped with three Duncan Designed FG-101 pickups, the Hellcat VI boasts a rich and dynamic range of sounds, from crisp and defined highs to warm, punchy lows. Its semi-hollow body construction further enhances the instrument's resonance, providing a full-bodied sound that can fit seamlessly into any genre. Whether you're laying down rhythmic grooves or crafting intricate solos, the Schecter Hellcat VI is engineered to inspire creativity.
Crafted with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, the Hellcat VI ensures smooth playability and a comfortable grip, making it an ideal choice for extended performances. Taken from Tyler's Instagram. A Schecter Hellcat VI is hung up in his home studio next to his short scale Jaguar bass used in the Blurryface era. The point has been brought up that this is incorrect because Tyler's is white and the stock image on equipboard is sunburst. If you follow this link you will see the same instrument, just in white and it's identical to Tyler's.
Schecter's official website states that Brock uses the model of guitar. However, there has yet to be any photo/video evidence of Brock using the guitar
