Great beginner's kit
This is a fantastic kit to practice with if you're just getting started. It's responsive, reliable, and easy to assemble, and the instructional features are really handy. One thing I will say is that it's a slight bummer that the high hat doesn't have a lot of range--it's either all the way closed or all the way open. But if you're looking for a way to get the mechanics of drumming down and practice in a way that's quiet (say, in an apartment building), this is a great way to do it.
