Moro usó diversas baterías pero en Serú Girán se decidió por una Ludwig bombo 24”, toms 13”x9, 14”x10 y chancha de 16”x16, tambor Ludwig y en platos Zildjian avedis (hihat 14”, ride 20” y crashes de 16” y 18”), este set era para uso general pero la banda se hizo grande y se vió interesado en cambiarlo. Siempre Ludwig con bombo 24”, ocho power toms desde 6” a 16” de tensión simple con parches Ludwig Silver Dot Clear, más un set inferior armado debajo de esos toms formado por cinco Classic toms de Ludwig armados en la misma batería, con el tom de pie correspondiente de doble tensión más el tambor Supraphonic y el fierrerio Ludwig Hércules. Los parches elegidos para los toms de doble tensión, el tambor y el tom de pie eran los Ludwig Rocker Coated (arenado). Este set quedó relegado solo al disco en vivo y a shows grandes por su tamaño. En las grabaciones usó más la batería vieja que la nueva.
