At the 0:39 mark of this video footage of the Genesis 1983 album sessions, Mike Rutherford can be seen playing what looks like a 1963 Gibson SG classic white guitar

Mike Rutherford himself brings up the white SG on this Q&A page, mentioning he had used in on a few records (like the Genesis album, as mentioned above) and it's visible in videos (including the "Mama" video, for example). But eventually it "went walkabout" (i.e. it got lost) somewhere along the line.
