Since 2018, Billie Joe Armstrong has been using Ernie Ball Paradigm Regular Slinky Guitar Strings (.10-.46) on all his guitars, as shown in a post by hansblooey on Instagram.
Used on the 2021 Hella Mega Tour. He has modified the pickups to include a humbucker in the bridge.
"We just picked this one up on eBay from a guy in Pennsylvania. It's a Martin GT-70. I guess it's a guitar they made around 1967-1968 just for a few years in the mid 60s. It's alright, it's a bolt-on neck guitar, so it's a little different than what they're known for acoustics. It's quite an oddball, but it's perfect for our needs. All I've had to do on it is a fret level on it, and a neck press because the neck was way too straight since it would just buzz on the first five fronts," explains Hans, the guitar tech for Billie Joe Armstrong.
He used this guitar in recording of "Wake Me Up When September Ends" - someone repainted it and added another pickguard to it. Visible at 12:44 into this video.
In this photo, which was uploaded on Instagram by Billie Joe Armstrong, the MXR Dyna Comp pedal is visible.
In the link interview he mentions the Divided by 13 FTR 37 head.
Part of the interview:
"What was your go-to guitar and amp recipe for the overdriven sounds on Revolution Radio?
It was a combination of different things. For starters, I often had my ’56 Les Paul Junior plugged into an old Park head that has been totally rebuilt. Another underlying thing on a lot of parts is a Rickenbacker 360—like the ones Peter Case and Peter Buck use—through a Divided By 13 head. [...]"
This amp was used on 21st Century Breakdown, Uno, Dos, Tre, and Rev Rad.
At 0:11 this item can be seen on top of a JCM900, presumably a backup amp.

Gibson painted a Les Paul Junior for Billie Joe. This guitar was sold on Reverb for $12,000 USD. The following is the description from the listing:
Gibson Les Paul Junior "Black American Flag" Custom Paint Job Owned By Billie Joe Armstrong Of Green Day
This guitar was custom painted by Gibson guitars for the Revolution Radio Tour. It was used and played all over the world.
Serial: O63236 There's a heavy amount of wear including scratches, scuffs, chips and dings throughout. Hardware tarnishing/rusting. Light hairline cracks in the neck pocket—nothing of concern. The 7th and 9th frets have replacement dot markers on the side, which can be felt to the touch. The back of the headstock is signed. The volume pot works but the tone pot doesn't currently trigger anything. 5th string is broken. The strings are slightly bass-leaning. There's a piece of tape on the side of the headstock indicating "Eb". Overall, this guitar has been very well-loved and has the wear to show for it. Plays nicely, though could benefit from some work. Otherwise it would make a wonderful piece of memorabilia. Hardshell case included.
All items in The Official Green Day Reverb Shop ship fully insured with delivery confirmation. Each item comes with an embossed Certificate Of Authenticity signed by Billie.
38:17 a Danelectro Daddy O pedal is clearly visible behind Bilie Joe Armstrong. He used it for the recording of the American Idiot album.
"The J-180 is a fantastic live guitar. You know people say that the extra pick guard kind of dampens the tone and so forth, but I think for live it's great. And also I think the Everly Brother's dad designed the bridge with the strings, which barely break over that bridge. That means you never have to worry about strings breaking. It's a very nice guitar," says Billie Joe Armstrong's guitar tech, Hans, about the Gibson Billie Joe Armstrong J-180 Acoustic Guitar, used during live Green Day performances.
J-180 is heavily used for live performances, especially 21st Century Breakdown tour. Billie Joe used this guitar to play "Macy's Day Parade", "Redundant", "Words I Might Have Ate, Good Riddance and Give Me Novacaine", and other stuff.
This guitar was used for the American Idiot Record and along with Time of Your Life. In 5:20 mark of this video, this guitar is seen.
Rob Cavallo's Taylor 514C was used for recording of "Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)" and Multiple songs on American Idiot.
In this photo, Billie Joe is playing Gretsch G6123 model. This guitar was also used for Trilogy recordings, and it can be seen in a lot of short videos uploaded from Green Day.
This guitar was used to record "Still Breathing". Armstrong also mentions the Divided by 13 amp the guitar was processed through.
Billie Joe Armstrong used the Fender Partscaster Stratocaster during the 21st Century Breakdown Tour, as seen in a photo shared by green_day_belgium on Instagram.
50:32 is clearly a Fender combo amp, & you can tell by the number of knobs, knob placement & panel color that it's a '65 Deluxe Reverb. Billie Joe Armstrong used this amp for the recording of the American Idiot album.
For The Longshot live perfomances, just as a boost.
this instagram post shows that hes got on of these in his pedalboard.
