Gibson painted a Les Paul Junior for Billie Joe. This guitar was sold on Reverb for $12,000 USD. The following is the description from the listing:

Gibson Les Paul Junior "Black American Flag" Custom Paint Job Owned By Billie Joe Armstrong Of Green Day

This guitar was custom painted by Gibson guitars for the Revolution Radio Tour. It was used and played all over the world.

Serial: O63236 There's a heavy amount of wear including scratches, scuffs, chips and dings throughout. Hardware tarnishing/rusting. Light hairline cracks in the neck pocket—nothing of concern. The 7th and 9th frets have replacement dot markers on the side, which can be felt to the touch. The back of the headstock is signed. The volume pot works but the tone pot doesn't currently trigger anything. 5th string is broken. The strings are slightly bass-leaning. There's a piece of tape on the side of the headstock indicating "Eb". Overall, this guitar has been very well-loved and has the wear to show for it. Plays nicely, though could benefit from some work. Otherwise it would make a wonderful piece of memorabilia. Hardshell case included.

All items in The Official Green Day Reverb Shop ship fully insured with delivery confirmation. Each item comes with an embossed Certificate Of Authenticity signed by Billie.
