Jake can be seen using this guitar @ the 1:36 timestamp in his old band Whistle Kid. He's not seen using it now but from older videos you see him using it quite often.
In this video, we can see him using his white Gibson SG. This is a clip from one of their two "Dream Streams" performances that they streamed online in October and November of 2020. It's difficult to make out exactly what color the SG is because of the lighting but it's definitely an off-white finish. It is most likely Classic White, Aged White or a similar shade of off-white.

In the NME YouTube video "Watch Hippo Campus Play 'Suicide Saturday' Acoustic," Jake Luppen is seen playing a Seagull Performer Mini Jumbo CW GT QII. He frequently uses this guitar during acoustic sessions with Hippo Campus, often playing without a strap and supporting the guitar with his arm. While he doesn't discuss the guitar much, it is a staple in his performances. Note that this guitar closely resembles the Performer Cutaway Mini-Jumbo Flame Maple QIT model he often plays.

In a video on his YouTube channel, Jake Luppen is seen playing a Sonic Blue Fender Mustang. Although this guitar is sometimes associated with Nathan, the video clearly shows Jake using it. This might indicate shared use or ownership. The video was not listed on Jake's profile, so I thought it would be useful to highlight this instance of him playing the Fender Mustang.
