The second pedal is a Boss PN-2 Tremolo/Pan Guitar Effects Pedal.

The same amp can be seen in the very beginning of the official video recording of I'm Coming Home Again or in the video of I’m Your Man, recorded live on "Colbert".
The amp name is being plastered over so it's impossible to say with confidence if it's 2466 or 2266 model.
The first and White pedal is a Boss TU-2 Chromatic Tuner.
In this video Jason can clearly be seen playing a what's supposed to be MIJ Jag reissue. It's probably a JG-66-85. I was looking looking through Fender Japan early 90s catalogues and only this particular model, JG-66 reissue, is listed here. The year it was filmed is 1995.
J. Spacemen can clearly be seen playing a Vox Starstream XII. The partially visible headstock says it all, it has two parallel lines of tuners, which are to be on the twelve string version only. I just can't attach two pictures. There is also a picture where the headstock is fully visible, it only has the guitar captured, not both Spaceman and the guitar.
Clearly visible next to his Chelsea boots. Taken at Leicester University on June 13, 1989.
The guitar is clearly seen behind him in the picture. Spacemen 3 post-split photo session. Some photos featured in the magazine articles/interviews circa February, April '91.
Jason's EKO also featured in Spiritualized «Anyway That You Want Me» video. Time stamps are 0:58, 1:01, 1:03-1:05, 1:10, 1:58, 1:59-2:01, 2:03, 3:19-3:21. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBamHPzEr84
J. Spacemen can be seen playing a Gibson L-00 throughout the video.
In this image, one can see J. Spaceman holding a B major chord on a Gibson Firebird V Non-Reverse model.
He mentions the guitar in this interview.
I’ve got a Vox Invader that’s got all the trems, distortions and tone bender built into it, so if I want something a little bit more extreme I’ve got that to hand
In this footage of Spititualized performing in Norway in ‘92 recently uploaded on YouTube, one can see Mr. Pierce usage of Roland Jazz Chorus 120.
This picture was shared on the Facebook community "Pedalboards of Doom." Notes by user Donald Burke: "Going through my things and found this 'peak disposable camera' shot of J. Spaceman’s board, when Spiritualized were on tour for Let it Come Down (2001/2)." The image clearly shows that Jason Pierce uses the Nobels Tremolo TR-X.
