At Justin Vernons show at the Austin City Limits his pedalboard can be seen multiple times. At minute 23:56 (or whenever the pedalboard is shown) you clearly can see the Carl Martin Headroom hat the top (left from his perspective corner). Its put on an horizontal add onn on his pedalboard, keeping the spring in even position.
