Neil plays a heavily reliced ESP LTD EC-401B. Neil claims it was not quite what he needed. Thus he's removed the neck pickup and most of the electronics. He fitting the bridge with a Bare Knuckle Juggernaut humbucker. The guitar was heavily relliced by his guitar tech as well as Travis Barker's son Landon while on tour with Blink. This guitar even has staples that where shot into the body, along with heavy ware to the finish

Neil Westfall has crafted his Kemper tone by using a Fortin 33 Fredrik Thordendal Signature Boost Pedal in front of a 5150II, as seen on his Twitch channel.

In his modded strat, neil put in a dimarzio d-activator. He modded the strat to have a single humbucker, as well as a custom green paint job. The guitar was eventually given away to one of his twitch subs.

It had EMGs in it and ESP was one of the only companies making the Les Paul body style with the EMG pickups just out the gate. In this video for Premier Guitar Neil talks about strings. He states that he uses the not even slinkys on his guitars. Neil claims these strings are great for drop tunings. He likes these strings because ADTR tends to tune to drop c or lower. These srring guages are the perfect tension for his style and tone of playing

Neil uses Kemper Profilers while on tour. He switched to kemper as a way to cut down on shipping costs. It would have cost alot more to ship a regular amp head and cab around the world for tours. He set up his presets while recording the album Bad Vibrations. Bill Stevenson of Decendents helped get the presets while producing the album. The presets are bassed off Neil's Bogner Extacy, EVH 5150 III, and Marshall JCM 800 amps. They tone matched the amps and the kemper until they sounded as identical as possible

In this rig rundown for Premier Guitar, Neil talks about his LTD Signature. This guitar is an eclips shape. it features a Bare Kuckle Aftermath Pickup in the bridge. He had previously used emg pickups. He switched to a Bare knuckle after hearing Lee Malia use one when ADTR was on tour with BMTH. Neil opted for a single bridge pickup, and volume knob. Niel claims that is all he needs for his guitar playing. This guitar was released at NAMM 2018
