Nick Valensi uses the Stone Deaf FX PDF-1 Parametric Distortion Filter, as confirmed by Stone Deaf's official website.
In this live video you can clearly see Nick Valensi using a 12-string Epiphone Riviera at 26:22 while playing "Electricityscape" with the Strokes at The Governors Ball NYC Music Festival.
Recording engineer Gus Oberg talks about some of the gear used to record The Strokes' album Angles: "They used a bunch of pedals - like, for example the pink Maxon AD999 delay..."
During CRX's 2016's U Street Performance, a snapshot of Valensi was taken. One of the pedals in his pedalboard is the Boss LS-2 line selector.
At Lollapalooza, Nick Valensi is seen with his pedalboard featuring the Pearl CH-02 Chorus in a user-uploaded photo.
Nick Valensi looks at his screen with a pair of TMA-2 DJ Preset headphones around his neck in this Facebook photo from AIAIAI.
Nick Valensi's volume pedal is a Visual Sound Visual Volume Pedal, and can be seen here on his pedalboard. Nick's is the newer style version of this pedal, with the logo in the middle of the foot pedal.
Nick Valensi uses the Boss SP-1 Spectrum pedal, as shown in a user-uploaded photo, alongside his MXR Micro Amp and Pearl Chorus pedals.
You can clearly see this pedal on his pedalboard.
In this picture is possible to see nick with a TC Electronic Booster + Line Drive & Distortion.
In this video at various points before the Strokes begin to play (53:16 for example) you can see that Valensi has his two Magnatone Stereo amplifiers. You can see the distinct big font name on the amps front face as well as the two gold chevrons at the bottom right corner of the grille cloth. Nick has been using these since this show but has since swapped one Magnatone for the Roland Jazz Chorus amplifier for their 2020 - present live tour. Also listed on the Magnatone USA website as a user of this amplifier. Source: https://www.magnatoneusa.com/MagnatoneArtist/NICK-VALENSI
In this post by Ernie Ball on instagram (January 6th) you can see a packet of Ernie Ball Burly Slinky 11-52 gauge on top of Nick Valensi's Epiphone Riviera (the third picture of the instagram post is the picture with the strings ).
Shown on pedalboard near Boss tuner and Jekyll & Hyde. He also mentions using the channel selector as part of his early set up in the band in the Strokes conversation with Gordon Raphael on YouTube
He didn’t use a 0.50mm pick because as seen on the image, it shows a bunch of orange 0.60mm Dunlop picks displayed on top of the Fender amp.
In this Youtube video, at '11:54', during "New York City Cops" Nick Valensi kicks on the Vox Bulldog Distortion (and MXR Micro Amp) for his guitar solo. Also can be seen in the center of his pedalboard in a photo taken in 2006 when they performed at "Top of the Pops" (I believe others have posted this photo).
In the video "The Strokes: At The Door (LIVE DEBUT at THE FORUM 2021)" by B.A.M. Studios, Nick Valensi is seen using the Roland G-808 Guitar Synthesizer to create the synth-like sounds during the performance.
In the Chile Lollapalooza Concert (and many others since 2020) have seen Nick swapping his trusty Riviera for a Gibson ES-335 in a traditional vintage sunburst. Notably he has a Bigsby vibrola system installed. In the linked YouTube video of the concert, you can see his guitar very clearly at 11:04. Note the distinct headstock shape, dot inlays, and vintage kluson tuning keys.
In this image you can see the red tortex guitar picks on top of Nick's Fender Deville
Here Nick is using the elitist model of his signature riviera. The riviera in the image has a black truss rod cover that says "Valensi Riviera P94" which is how you can tell this is the elitist model of the riviera.
Nick Valensi's 2022 pedalboard, used with The Strokes, includes the Jason Moser Ten Years distortion effects pedal. This setup is confirmed by a user-uploaded photo.
In this photo, Nick can be seen playing the Gibson Les Paul 50s P90 onstage at MetLife Stadium. He has potentially modified it to include or purchased a model that has a bigsby attached. It appears to be a tan/beige-ish color in all pictures of Nick playing it, however it is hard to distinguish if it is the gold color or a different color due to lack of focus and clear lighting in photos. Nick is seen playing this guitar in other shows of The Strokes' 2022 North American Tour opening for Red Hot Chili Peppers.
In this picture taken at TRNSMT 2022 you can see the Yamaha PSS-570, on top is a BOSS DD-7 seemingly used for its loop feature.
Next to his guitar amps you can see the amp Nick uses for his synths on this recent 2022 tour. Taken at TRNSMT 2022.
"Nowadays, Valensi plays a larger rig comprised of a Carr Slant 6V 2×12 combo and a Fender Supersonic head paired with two matching cabinets."
In the YouTube video "The Strokes - Live TRNSMT 2022," Nick Valensi is seen using a Magnatone Twilighter amplifier alongside his JC 40.
During the live performance of « Take It Or Leave It » in the Letterman Show, Nick Valensi can be seen playing a Les Paul Jr, in a TV Yellow color. Similar to one of his other TV Yellow Les Paul guitars (used in many instances in the 2000s), this one can be distinguished due to the presence of only two knobs and a single P90 pick-up. There were no other instances of him playing this guitar.
In this Instagram video, the old big box Memory Man can be seen in Nick's Pedalbaord at Lollapalooza. https://www.instagram.com/p/B0mYZ6Zl6yo/?img_index=2

In this picture, Nick Valensi appears to have a Boss TR-2 Tremolo on the bottom left of his pedalboard, next to the MXR micro amp
In this picture from an undated concert, Nick Valensi can be seen playing a Fender 63 Stratocaster NOS GYW HSS FR. Although the brand of the guitar seems unsure do the picture being cropped, after a few researches, it looks like this model was used : from the graffiti yellow color, the black pickguard, and EVH black humbuckers, to the floyd rose on the nut and the tremolo, the ebony fretboard and the 22 jumbo frets, it is very plausible that this specific model was used. The guitar seems modified too, as the 60's/63's Strat neck pickup seems to have been replaced by another humbucker.
