A custom print unit, the "Angry Rob", gets special mention in this November 9, 2019 video at 8:01.
These two are different types of distortion and this one is from JHS, this is the Angry Rob. They have a pedal called the Angry Charlie, they just printed me on it and so, this one's, that one's the Angry Rob. Thanks to JHS for that.
Introduced in this November 9, 2019 video at 1:15, where it is used to prop up the Shovel Guitar.
I mean, while we're using pedals, I might as well prop it up with another pedal. [laughs]

In this video Rob can be seen using a chibson Usa placebo pedal. This is a pedal that does nothing at all. It is suposed to be a play on the fact that some guitarists think having certain pedals make a huge difference in your tone
Used in the video "Metallica - Master of Puppets (Banjo Cover)"
Rob can be seen playing the fretless version of this bass during the Album in a Day 2021 video. He uses it on the First of October song called, “Grandad’s Dinner Party”.

Mentioned in this February 11, 2023 video (filmed December 7, 2022) at 10:53.
Rob Scallon: I have your Rat pedal that you made.
Joshua Heath Scott: Packrat?
Scallon: The Packrat, yeah, I have the Packrat at home.
Mentioned in this December 8, 2022 The JHS Show livestream at 23:19.
Joshua Heath Scott: You ever use a compressor?
Rob Scallon: Yeah. Yeah, I’ve used a compressor. I have the Whitey Tighty, actually. I use it on— I like using a compressor…
Scott: You said it right!
Scallon: Yeah!
Scott: Everyone says Tighty Whitey and it drives me insane. It’s Whitey Tighty.
Scallon: Yeah. I used it on bass, slap bass mostly. Like, compressor on slap bass is a bass hack that I only learned like a year ago and I can’t believe I spent so much time playing slap bass and never put a compressor on it.
Addison Sauvan: Is that the trick? I don’t play slap bass.
Scallon: Dude, yes.
Sauvan: Okay.
Scallon: Yeah, because like…
Sauvan: I have a compressor on it right now.
Scallon: …if you’re, um… Yeah, ‘cause like, if you’re hitting’ your thumb, that’s super, super loud and if you’re getting a dead note with your left hand, it’s really quiet.
Sauvan: I can’t play this live, I don’t know what I’m doing.
Scallon: And it’s really hard to have those be the same volume but you have a compressor and you don’t need to worry about it.
Scallon has switched to using Pro Tools to record and produce at home, and naturally ran into issues with the UI and the reliability pretty quick as he worked on ChugZilla.
Scallon's SSL is his main interface for recording and monitoring at home, and it can most easily be seen in this vid where he updates his Myspace profile for ChugZilla.
"'WE NEED TO EXACERBATE THE RAT PROBLEM IN THIS AREA,' I love that. I can't wait to have this on my board." This pedal was designed in part by Scallon in collaboration with Daredevil's Johnny Wator, both of whom are based in Chicago. Infamous for its out of control rat population, Rob suggested the idea for the artwork to be based on the warning signs seen around the city. He demos the distortion/fuzz at 50:36 in the video.
Scallon can be seen using the plugin's "clean amp" for the demo of his Chicago Rat pedal, at 50:36.
